UNC Cogeneration Project

As the final project for my infographics class, we took a field trip to the cogeneration plant located near the UNC campus. After we toured the plant, our professor gave us free range on our projects. I wanted to create a graphic that showed Carolina students how cogeneration plays a role in their day-to-day life. This includes a map of the steam pipes that create a series of tunnels under the campus; a graphic showing that, per student, energy prices are actually dropping; and a cutaway of Sitterson Hall that shows how many cogeneration aspects are happening at one time.
